Nurse Cher On Duty Again

Oh, man. Kevin has been up all night using the bathroom and throwing up. At first it seemed as though he's gotten food poisoning from dinner at the Greek place last night. Since he and Roddy ordered the same food, I called Roddy today to check on how he was feeling. Hmmmmm, feeling fine. Perhaps a nasty stomach virus Kevin has caught? Apparently, there are others here who have had the same symptoms, lasting about 24 hours. Just in case, I tried not to linger in the bedroom with him too long. Instead, I would just pop into the room to check on his temperature and encourage some Gatorade to keep his fluids up. He was looking pretty rough.

Anna and Chris visited from Georgia this weekend. Her family was surprised yesterday with the news that they would become grandparents again this summer. They came over this evening to chat over dinner and catch up. Another relaxing, laid back evening--which is just fine with me!

Kevin's finally eating his first meal for the evening. I think he's beginning to feel a little better.
